Hours & operational changes

Firstly, we want to acknowledge that what we're all going through right now is unprecedented and whatever you're feeling is ok. Acknowledge your feelings, but don't become them. Witness, allow, release.

The State Government has ruled that all Allied Health, including Osteo, Physio, Chiro and others, should only treat urgent cases that are likely to result in escalation of care without treatment. This means conditions which may result in you attending the emergency room, needing specialist input or that are affecting your ability to care for yourself or others.

You do not need a referral to see us.

The current Stage 4 restrictions are focused on saving and protecting the lives of all Victorians through restricting non-essential movement across the state and are aligned to Victoria's current State of Disaster.

We highly encourage you to utilise our Telehealth services! You can book these online and the first one is FREE! For more info CLICK HERE

Reception will be fielding calls from 10am and an Osteopath will be available for Telehealth and F2F consultations from 11am-4pm Mon-Fri & 11am-2pm Saturday.

We have removed face-to-face appointments from our Patient Booking Gateway, you will need to call the clinic on 03 9739 6272 to book a F2F appointment where your requirement for treatment will be determined by reception and the Osteopath on duty.

If you do attend the clinic for an urgent appointment, be sure you have your text reminder as proof of your appointment.

The 5km travel restriction does not apply to medical appointments.

Please remember to bring two large towels and a pillow case. Let us know when you arrive and wait in your car. Your practitioner will come and check your temperature and invite you in once they are ready for you. Wear your mask on entry, wash your hands and sanitise.
